Mount Oak sent a missions team to Pennsylvania to work side-by-side with Hosanna Industries, Inc. This is an update directly from the team:
We had training yesterday (
Monday)
on how to do roofing, siding, and painting. Today we went to Perry
Como's hometown (south of Pittsburgh) to repair a deck and shore up a
fallen retaining wall. Lots of sweat and hard work, but the family was
very grateful. The mother shed tears of joy, and the father could not
thank us enough. They are in the last photo with us in front of the
green Hosanna Industries truck.
Tomorrow (
Wednesday) we will re-roof a single story house.
